CEE Alumnus Fateh N. Wattar Named VP of Operations for Northern Emirates

HILL INTERNATIONAL PROMOTES THREE KEY MIDDLE EAST EXECUTIVES
Hill International, the global leader in managing construction risk, announced today the promotion of three key executives in the Middle East region of the company's Project Management Group.
Akram Al Ogaily was promoted from Vice President to Senior Vice President in charge of Hill's Technical Core Team to support the international operations of the company's Project Management Group. Ogaily, based out of Hill's Dubai, UAE office, has over 35 years of experience in architectural and urban design and project management for residential, commercial, governmental, health care, educational, sports and cultural facilities. Ogaily earned his B.S. in urban planning and architecture from Baghdad University and his M.S. in construction economics and management from the Bartlett School of Architecture at University College London.
Dr. Paul Waring was promoted from Project Director to Vice President of business development operating out of Hill's Abu Dhabi, UAE office. Waring was formerly Project Director of the City of Arabia project in Dubai. He has over 28 years of project and construction management experience in the Middle East. Waring earned his B.S. in electrical and mechanical engineering at North Staffordshire Polytechnic. He also earned his M.E. in control systems and his Ph.D. in marine project simulation techniques at the University of Sheffield. Waring is a professional member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers, the Council of Engineering Institutions, and the Institute of Measurement and Control.
