- Be a full-time CEE M.S. student student specializing in structures
- Demonstrate academic merit and finanical need
Preference is given to those from University of Jammu, State of Jammu, and Kashmir, India.
This fellowship may be awarded to two students, assuming two eligible and outstanding nominees.
To qualify for this $5,000 fellowship, students must:
- Be a full-time CEE graduate student
- Demonstrate merit and interesting in pursuing a career in civil engineering
Preference will be given to those who have served in the military or have family members who have served.
This fellowship may be awarded to three students, assuming three eligible and outstanding nominees.
To qualify for this $5,000 fellowship, students must be a full-time CEE graduate student admitted within the calendar year 2024 specializing in geotechical and pavements. The initial award for one year could be renewed for an additional two years for an M.S. degree or three years for a Ph.D. if the student maintains high academic merit.
Only one student can hold this fellowship in a given year.
