In addition, we ask all of the travel awardees to be photographed at the end of the luncheon on Tuesday. Please note whether you accept or decline this merit award by completing the form at the bottom of this letter and faxing a copy to the attention of Lori Strong at the SRA Secretariat so that your award can be processed.
