Dr. Galloway named Honorary Member of ASCE

Dr. Gerald E. Galloway is one of the individuals elected by the ASCE Board of Directors to the grade of Honorary Member at its April 2006 meeting. There are now 555 people who have been elected to this distinguished grade of membership since 1853.
