Graduate student Anubha Goel is 2005 SETAC's 1st place winner
Anubha Goel, a graduate student of Dr. Alba Torrents, is the 1st place winner of the 2005 SETAC “Best Student Platform Presentation” for her work entitled: “Factors Influencing the Air Concentrations of Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDEs) in Rural MD and DE” SETAC.
SETAC, Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry, is a global professional organization comprised of nearly 5,000 individuals from more than 70 countries in the fields of environmental chemistry and toxicology, biology, ecology, atmospheric sciences, health sciences, earth sciences, and environmental engineering. This award represents the society’s most prestigious award for graduate students.
