CEE's Dr. Gerald Galloway on "Adapting to Climate and Energy Challenges" Panel

Dr. Gerald Galloway was invited to participate in a special US Navy-Center for Naval Analyses-Johns Hopkins Symposium at APL-Laurel on “Adapting to Climate and Energy Challenges.” He was invited to speak on a panel on “Adapting Maritime Infrastructure to Climate Challenges.” The co-panelists were former Senator John Warner of Virginia (a former Sec of the Navy) and the Hon. Jackalyne Pfannenstiel, for installations and the environment.
